At Colectivo Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to resolve issues with equipment or merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Review Policy
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that coffee beans and food items are non-returnable.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return.
Prepare Shipment
Once authorized, securely pack your merchandise and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the box.
Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
